The Anchor building for George’s Field often referred to as the Runnings’ building is located at 18 George’s Field. It is 106,000 sq. ft. encompassing the former Greenhouse and Seasonal Center of its former tenant, Walmart. Runnings underwent a multi-million dollar renovation upon leasing this building from Deborah George Development. Like Walmart, which located its second store in New Hampshire at George’s Field, Runnings also located its second store within the state at George’s Field. Opened in May 2018, Runnings, which was new to New England at the time of opening has become the 6th most successful store in New Hampshire within its retail segment.
